“I actually miss this place. But now I'm back to college. Best place you could possibly live in the area. I wished they had other sister apartments in my area under regency. Staff there is helpful and are very caring. The maintance team was awesome to talk to about problems about the unit or just sports in general. During winter they really do their best to keep the place cleaned up to drive out. I would get a garage as parking does fill out here VERY quickly. Best choice I made while living there. If I ever move back to Wilmington, this is the place I'll moving into again”
