“This is the 2nd time I brought my car to Archstone. Clearly I was pleased with their work the first time. Someone had hit my right rear quarter panel which was hanging off. They did a great job fixing it. This time I had a front bumper issue. Again they did a great job. The kicker is that I had bought scratch remover cream to try to fix some of the small scratches on my door (which didn't work). I placed the bottle on the floor and the cover somehow came off and the cream leaked all over the carpet. I had left it to dry and planned to get it detailed but when I picked up my car today I noticed my carpets looked cleaner and when I looked at the place where the cream spilled, it was gone!!!!! What a super, pleasant surprise! I soooo recommend this shop. They are great!”

“I really liked the work they did on my car, came back to me as it was brand new from factory, the girl upfront were super polite and helpful, she showed me who to call and what to do (it was my first accident and i didn't know what to do). They kept me updated, they would send me at least 1 txt a week, sometimes 2, and also call me, giving me updates on my vehicle, i never once needed to go after them to see what is going on with my car. They gave me the estimated date to be ready, and it was ready on the date they gave me, i really needed my car ready on the date they gave me ,and it was, i really appreciated that.”
