Alex not only helped me out with knowledge and information about my check engine light and possible parts needed he verbally explained how to refill my coolant as it was completely empty. He also gave me some business cards for a few people that may be able to assist me with removing my battery so I can get it charged. I may have been an O'Reilly client but I have definitely changed and will go to AutoZone from now on specifically this location if I know Alex is working.
