I came for the first time and they did highlighting for $ 300, suggesting then to come every 2-3 months to maintain the color and partial highlighting, saying that this procedure will cost $ 104 and take 1-1.5 hours. I came for the second time, the partial highlighting procedure took three hours like the first time and the cost was $ 259. I was not warned about the price in advance, the care products were not discussed, they just issued a check. I believe I was deceived.”

They were pretty busy but he said he would squeeze me in as I would be a new customer and wanted to demonstrate their service. Alignment was completed much sooner than expected and the fee for this service was extremely fair (good). Had a real good experience today so will be back with my other cars when the need arises. “The engine on my Lexus IS250 finally was burning oil, misfiring on all cylinders at 200k -- Lexus declared it practically dead and recommended a new one. The rest of the car is in really good shape, so I wanted to replace the engine, but not new. I looked around for a shop who would do this type of work with decent reviews and Weston came up -- not close to where I live so it was a little risky for me. I spoke with them, they re-checked my old engine and recommended getting a used one. My entire experience was completely professional and timely. The work and prices were reasonable and I'm happy with the results. Chris, Nick, etc. are great. Mike was the mechanic who did much of the work -- this guy knew his stuff, showed me a lot of what was done. I'd use them again for other work -- wish they were closer to where I live. This was two month's ago, if anything really weird happens I'll update the review, but as of now, there's no denying they're professionals.”

We called around and was told by other shops that they probably couldn't see us until late Saturday or Monday. We had to be back in NC Saturday. “Took in my Mercedes c300 2013 for a major service. Rob was amazing, he sent me pictures of the flaws he identified and explained what needed to be repaired and why. Had to replace a ton of sensors, a wiring harness, did all four brakes plus oil change and so on. It’s a completely different car now. It drives like brand new.
