“I love this place! Everyone is so supportive. The instructors make sure to go over good form before we perform any weight lifting movements and will always explain any exercise you don't know how to do. I have bad knees and the instructors have all been happy to give me alternative exercises. I'm still a crossfit newbie, but I am absolutely loving it here and I love the fact that there will always be a new challenge down the road and tons of variety to keep it interesting along the way. I checked out Ares because it was close, but I feel very lucky because the community here is all about support and encouragement with absolutely no judgement! This is exactly what I was hoping for and more! I would highly recommend checking Crossfit Ares out!”
