As a builder for the last 20 years since i was 16 they always went above and beyond for my customers the home owners themselves. I might be partial to Fitzgerald's due to the fact my father who is also a builder ran a small commercial cleaning company when i was young and me and my friend would work for my dad cleaning on sundays and 2 nights a week. “Very impressed with Unique Indoor Comfort. They did AC + Heat in our house - an older home, built in 1930s. We had several rooms unheated and difficult to access via HVAC, due to flat roof. Unique team went the extra mile to get inconspicuous ducting to these rooms. I had also made a number of special requests (tucking ducting between floor joists in basement, using old radiator holes to route ducting, etc.) and they were very accommodating. We paid a premium to have them do the work, but they were not the most expensive of the bids, and their customer focus was excellent and well worth the premium to have it done right.”
