My story is this - I was really discouraged as I had gained weight this winter because of staying at home. We were going away to the beach for the weekend and my bathing suit did not fit. After trying Macys and not hopeful I thought about Everything but Water. I had never been in the store before and was not hopeful in finding a suit when Rachel asked if she could help. At first I said I was just browsing and then she came around a second time and said are you sure I can’t help you find a new bathing suit? Well I thought I’d give it a try and after several suits she help me find the one! Super comfortable, very flattering and for this I enjoyed myself at the beach that weekend. “Have to share details of my experience with this shop. I bought two jet skis this year. One of them was struggling, running rough. I gave them a call. The service tech was honest. It would be a while before he could take a look at it. Instead of blowing me off, he tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. I tried the things he suggested with no luck. I finally pulled the plugs to find one stripped. So, I called again. Now, being later in the season, they could squeeze me in. Took care of it in short order for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend these guys. Given discussions with the previous owner, we believe this was stripped by another dealership (I won't name names) when winterizing it last year. Those guys wanted nothing to do with me. Not only would they not stand behind their work, but they wouldn't even squeeze me in to see if they could take care of it. The guys at North Reading Motorsports took more ownership of getting this fixed so I could enjoy the rest of the season than the shop that was likely the cause.”

“2/21/2022 - They definitely got some new staff because since moving to Regal Inn, I haven't had much problem with this location. Staff and service has been very good lately. Old review from 1/29/2021 - Manager was rude and condescending when I asked a question about whether or not the coupon reader was working on the counter because the front desk had a note that said “Cash Only”. I considered getting something else after eating my sandwich and small fries while waiting for a bus because I had to wait longer due to the Rover Bus having technical issues. Needless to say I left after her attitude trying to make me seem like the rude one.”
