“I'm really shocked with the negative reviews. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I unfortunately totaled my car and it was brought here after the accident. From the customer service reps to the men in the yard, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I grabbed everything I needed. I had to come back a second time to grab something from my trunk I forgot (receipts for my insurance) and it was a little tricky because the stock number was registered to another car but they still worked to resolve the issue so I could retrieve the rest of my belongings. All in all, this place is great! They even offered me coffee and donuts while I waited. Sooooo nice!!!”

“We discovered we had a leak in our roof in late November. After doing due-diligence we decided to go with Solid State Construction. From the first time we met with the sales rep (Heidi) we felt comfortable with our choice. Heidi was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. (and some we had not asked) We settled on materials and such, and the crew showed up when expected. Due to the extreme weather we had, the roof took a day longer than expected, but that crew was up on the roof working on a day it was 9 degrees out. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were so quiet, we didn't realize they were gone. Rob, the site manager kept in constant contact and answered any questions we had. Over all, a great experience and a nice new roof! We will use them again should we ever have another construction project.”

“The only reason I gave 4 stars is because our installation window was to be between 1 and 5pm. That morning my wife and I were on our way to an appointment when the door bell rang. This was 8:45am, it was the Closets by Design installer. We had to cancel our appointment. Other than this, it would have been a 5 star rating. The installation went smoothly and our new closet looks great. We are very happy with it and would recommend Closets by Design to anyone looking for a great closet.”

“Had a brunch here the weekend before Christmas, for my father's birthday. We all had a great time!You cannot replicate the old construction used in this building. It's very charming. Old wooden beams, uneven bricks around the fireplace. So much ambiance.. The staff was friendly as well. The food was also very good. A place to try for anyone who loves Eggs Benedict. We'll have to go back to try the prime rib. I've heard it's outstanding.”

They were so delicious I wanted to call Karen and thank her and inquire about some of the other products on their website.
