We were able to drop off the truck sooner even though they were closed and at our convenience. The truck was immaculately clean inside and out. We had to ask for instructions on how to pull the ramp out, etc. it is surprising they rent trucks and hand over the keys with no instructions, like avoid Storrow drive. They take a deposit and once you return and they check the mileage and gas level, they promptly refund your deposit. I would rent from them again.”
