“We had two bathrooms that we needed updating after we had new showers and tub put in by another company. We needed tile floor installed as well as a new vanity in one bathroom and new faucet, medicine cabinet and a fan done in the other bathroom as well as painting and new lighting installed in both bathrooms. New Tile realized our ceiling in one of the bathrooms was in bad shape and also took care of installing new sheet rock for a reasonable cost. It took them 4 days to do all of that and they installed all the little things like towel holders. They even came back a couple days later to fix one light and touch up a few things. In addition we tried to put up a window shade ourselves and had trouble and they sent someone the next day to install it for us after they were already done with the project. We love our new bathrooms and it’s better than I could have imagined. New Tile was wonderful to work with and we will definitely use them again in the future!”

“Called Addario Wednesday evening with a deceased boiler. Josh arrived Thursday morning to check everything out, and give me some options. He knew what he was talking about and was professional, helpful, and kind through the whole process. They also did a great job cleaning up the crawlspace when they were finished. It's now Monday and we have a new boiler installed and have heat again. Will be calling these again.”

This includes the Director, Kristen Haire, Assistant Directors Noah and Miriam, front-office professionals, Gilda, Sable, and Mia who are all hands-on along with the pleasant care staff who is kind to my mother and keeps her engaged with organized, fun, and healthy activities, such as exercise, painting, games, and music. When I first met with, the Managing Director, Emily Nardiello, I immediately felt I was in good hands. Emily is a true professional and seasoned nurse director along with her staff of nurses. She’s attentive and an excellent communicator and listener. My mother’s resident on-boarding process was seamless, and Emily and her administrative staff were instrumental in welcoming my mother while we moved her into the Neville community. Neville Place has many beautiful outdoor spaces for my mother and the other residents to enjoy, such as a patio area, an extensive lush garden with benches, a rooftop sitting area, and a walking path in a tree-lined field. My mother is mobile, but she is dependent on a walker. Her memory loss requires ongoing reassurance and redirection throughout the day, and she is cared for by this amazing team of care professionals. When I visit my mother, she and I can enjoy our time together -- and when I leave the visit, I know that she is well cared for, and I am at ease for her and for me.”
