He works very hard, not only gathering the obvious information, but trying to find out the detail of those overlooked aspects, and alert me if there is any concerns. Once my offer was accepted by the seller. Before moving on to sign the purchase agreement, by chance Dan found out the property just had oil spill and was cleaned. However there might be further fixing and legal cost. Dan told me all he knew, and I gave up that purchasing chance. Our communication was always clear and promptly. Finally with Dan's help I bought my new property, and I'm very satisfied with it. In fact I only saw this property after I signed P&S agreement since I'm living in another state. It simply says how much one can rely on Dan's work.”

Their boss (Rudy) explains well during the discharge meeting of what I needed to be safe and he made me feel at ease to go home. My rehab session is my highlight everyday. I also appreciate the nursing staff for their services. I highly recommend this facility if someone will need a short term rehab.”
