I started my career reviewing companies in my field and using those companies for my clients as a consultant when all I had was my REPUTATION. I used Monster to do a move in December 2018 and here is why this might be the most important review you'll ever read on this company. An error was made, a pretty significant one, I ain't gonna lie I was kinda P'd and they MADE IT RIGHT. It's easy to earn great reviews when everything goes right. What DEFINES a company is what happens when something doesn't, what do they do? I had posted on my social media asking friends for recommendations on moving companies and I got a lot of responses. But when I started reviewing each company every last one of them had situations where it looked like they were "rug sweeping" this excuse, that or the other when they messed up. My friends were just in that part of the pie that didn't have any problems with them. There is NO finer quality of a company than when a mistake is made, than to address it. There's never a company out there that will never make a mistake, mine included, that's just being human. BUT there are only a handful of companies that will grab a mistake by the horns and do the right thing. THAT'S the defining quality in a business, whatever it might be. Monster Movers please never lose sight of this quality, it truly sets you apart from the rest of your field.
