“These guys are awesome I have always taken my 528i bmw there and they take care of me and my family if they cannot diagnose my problem they have referred me to somebody who can every time they fixed my problem cost effective or not They have never surprised me with a steep bill regardless of repairs they are always upfront. I have had a lot of work done by them however not cheap every time they get the job done at a cost or below and at fair price as possible and they do great work For a great rate and will give you a heads up before sticking you with a large bill unlike a lot of auto repair shops their honest hard-working people Who have your best interest in mind and that’s hard to say in this day and age.Every other place you walk in with a BMW you’re looking at a lot of money for repairs because they think you have it Instead of taste This is a different automotive shop by far “kudos to them””

Each and every time, I’ve been treated with respect and was able to see an agent within 5 minutes. Each and every time, my needs were addressed fully and quickly. “Typical Friendly's location. When we arrived we found a sign on the door saying the fryer wasn't working. We ordered online and had a lot of fried components with our food so our food wasn't made. Would have appreciated some kind of call about that? The fryer started working just as we arrived so they were able to make our food. We ended up getting it 15 minutes later than expected, which was not a huge deal at all. Just would have preferred better communication! Food was solid. Very generous with bacon on loaded waffle fries.”
