I just moved in right down the street and have never experienced anything like Laura stated, and Bob from Pawtucket should have bought some tin foil for his hat while he was there lol. I'm 35 and have never been a "regular" at any convenience store that wasn't out of, well, convenience. But after the owner, Gary, noticed me coming there a few times and told me the story of his family run business, and told me he'd love to have me as a customer, his warm personality won me over. I wait until I'm on my way home to stop at any convenience store now, and hope to still be able to buy my beer and scratch tickets from Gary's grandchildren 30 years from now.”
