(November 18, 2020, 12:45 pm)Care one Randolph is a amazing facility! The staff went above and beyond while caring for my mother. The director of nursing was new to the facility but was patient and kind while answering my questions and concerns. They have a great team there !

(August 21, 2020, 5:33 pm)I want to be as truthful as possible here and admit I was very nervous when I read about previous Incidents with the facility. My dad was sent here from the hospital site unseen for the last three months of his life. Almost immediately my fears were put to rest. Every single person in this facility from the front desk reception, activities, social work, housekeeping, dietary, cna’s, nurses and every other department I missed treated him as if he was part of their own family. As a nurse myself I have high expectations and never once did I worry that my dad wasn’t getting exceptional care. My family cannot thank the people who cared for him enough. I absolutely will be recommending this facility to people in the future.
