(December 7, 2018, 1:43 pm)I needed good insurance desperately and advice. I was so lucky to run into Charise Thomson, my new ins agent at Allstate. She spent a ton of time with me. Answered all my questions, researched answers for a specialized ins for my daughter which she didn’t have to do. I find it very very hard to get good customer service anywhere these days. With Charise at Allstate insurance I wasn’t rushed, didn’t feel dumb and she actually returned my calls each and every time I needed her. I’m now happily awaiting my good driver check in the mail.. yup money in my pocket from my ins company for simply driving well.
This was a great move on my part. A terrific insurance to research! Check out Charise at Allstate insurance. She rocks!!
(November 21, 2018, 6:58 pm)I just signed on with Allstate in January 2018 for my home and auto insurance and could not be happier. Many years ago I used Allstate and they left the area leaving me pretty unhappy. I used a lot of agencies in the meantime with little happiness. I am so glad they are back in Mass. The Thomas Guido Agency in Westwood has been awesome. The agents are great, one call for anything gets addressed immediately. They keep me posted on all incentives and perks. If you are unhappy with your agency go see these people I know they can help. I plan to be with them for many years to come.
