Our third daughter (3) takes tumbling classes here. Cheer skills are great but what we really get from this gym is beyond the skills and competitions. My children learn what it is to be committed, to be part of a team, respect, discipline and how to be a good friend. “Been going to this gym before it was FitFactory, and I have to say FitFactory is the best so far. It's pretty clean and there is always someone cleaning the stairway, mopping the floor, cleaning the bathroom, spraying the machines. I give it a 4, not 5, because the only thing I would like to see different is better ventilation. It gets HOT and humid inside due to the body heat and sweat during busy hours.”

They both have a passion for what they do and have so much knowlegde. After a major injury and surgery last year and 6 months of pt we were told she needed to start conditioning and training to be able to get back on the court; there was no question that Tom and MB were the trainers that would get her back to her pre-injury play.
