I understand the previous reviewer's experience- the FORMER owner was not big on bedside manner, but he was quite experienced and very good at designing and delivering a top-quality kitchen. Any issues that arose from time to time were handled swiftly and fairly. (BTW that review was written 5 years ago, folks.) The current owner, Rick Verni, and his incomparable assistant Mona, are warm, competent, and trustworthy. They are carrying on the tradition of great cabinets, great service, great pricing, and great design. I absolutely recommend Pinnacle Kitchens for folks looking for good quality cabinetry, often at better prices than you'd find anywhere else.”

“I would like to commend Ezra for his diligent service call today. We had a system installed in our new construction home in July of this year. Although it ran well for a while, the water ceased to feel soft and we noticed a metallic odor. Although all staff was pleasant and tried to be patient and helpful via phone, our problems persisted. In early December, a technician replaced a part and we thought we would be all set. Unfortunately the problem persisted. Today, Ezra listened carefully to us, re-tested our raw and treated water and worked diligently until he found the problem. We actually had a broken piece inside the head. Good to know we were not crazy! Ezra was very professional, personable and neat. He replaced the part, stayed through a regen cycle and then retested out tap water to be sure the unit was working properly. Very pleased!”

Plus the time and fuel saved makes up for any difference. “Lorraine did the flowers for our wedding and she was absolutely amazing. My husband is a glass blower and we wanted glass flowers incorporated into my bouquet. It came out better than we ever imagined. We never had to worry about anything. We were supposed to have it outside and had plans for the flowers, but got a hurricane, so Lorraine took care of all the changes to bring it all inside and it was gorgeous. After my purchase I realized that their were a couple of issues with the plow and Steve was amazing and I brought it to my local Fisher dealer and right away Steve said to have it repaired and he would cut me a check, soon as I reached out to Kyle with the invoice they cut a check the same day.
