Bill listened to my needs regarding budget, kitchen measurements, likes and dislikes and directed me toward appropriate appliances. One factor that sets Toma apart from the others is the knowledge of the sales staff regarding every product in the store. They educate the customer without trying to up-sell or pressure you into buying. Same 5 stars to delivery staff. Delivery was as promised. Delivery drivers are always polite and careful. Definitely not the cheapest, but there were no hidden fees, they didn’t charge extra for tape and extra boxes needed to pack mirrors or art and they were on time both at origin and destination. My move coordinator, Bethany, kept me in the loop at all times and was always quick to respond when I had questions. All of my belongings made it safely to my destination unscathed. Trusting all of your worldly possessions with someone is so stressful - I had a great experience with Humboldt and would 100% use them again should the need arise.”
