“Ordered food on the app. When I went to pick up the food the freezers were broken and the food all went bad. Already had been charged for the food. The night manager told me to come in the morning for a refund. I went back in the morning after work (I work the overnight) I spoke to the manager on duty to get my refund. To my surprise the manager said she was going to to cook my food and I could wait. I was beyond happy because I rarely get to have dinner food for breakfast that I don't prepare myself at home because of my work hours. It took about 10 minutes and I had hot food and was on my way. I go here often because it is close to where I work. Very good experience. Management at the store in Stoughton Ma on 1333 Park street is very good and understanding and really makes an effort. Thank you very much!”
