“My kids and I had left our gym in Westwood on a Wednesday night around 740pm and the check Engine light came on. I’m trained to think it’s just a loose gas cap - but when our trusty Toyota Sequoia wouldn’t go above 30mph and struggled to climb hills - I knew that driving on the highway with two young children was a bad idea. So I called Canton Car Center to let them know I needed to drop the car off. I left the key in the lock box and they diagnosed the car first thing on Thursday and called me before 10am. They nailed down that the fix could either be $3,000 or the smarter option which was buying an aftermarket part for $250 and installing that. They pointed me to a shop in South Carolina which could overnight the part. It arrived on time and the truck was ready for pickup shortly thereafter.. Turnaround time: less than 48 hours. Anyone else would have taken a week or attempted to take advantage of me. I have now taken 2 BMWs, 2 Toyota trucks here and love their attention to detail and insanely quick turnaround service. I especially love the regular updates throughout the day. If you do NOT have a regular mechanic - I’d suggest swinging by and saying hello to Nabil. The man is good people, has a heart of gold and will treat you with great respect.”
