“My wife and I were first introduced to Will Brokhof roughly six years ago from a close friend who had recently worked with Will to buy a condo in Jamaica Plain. At the time we were renting an apartment and interested in buying a home in the area. As first time home buyers we had only a vague idea of what to expect and no idea how to navigate the competitive Boston housing market. Within minutes of meeting Will it was evident of his knowledge and passion for the area. His enthusiasm for the home ownership continued to be evident in every house we looked at and renovation conversation we had. After visiting a dozen open houses we purchased a cute two bedroom in Roslindale Village. Over the next five years we cherished our home and continued to make it our own. As much as we loved Roslindale we began to explore other areas with better school systems. Our requirements were quite lofty such as three bedrooms, a driveway and garage, walkability to transportation and a playground, a yard for our dog etc. Quite the list, especially on a budget. Over the years we continued to keep in touch with Will and his team and naturally employed his services again. Will helped immensely, providing suggestions for areas that fit our criteria. We soon began to realize Milton was the perfect fit for us and casually began exploring neighborhoods and going to open houses. After viewing several houses we landed the perfect home to raise our growing toddler. The next step was to put our Roslindale house on the market and sell it ASAP. We were anxious to move into our new home and knew there was a lot of logistics to figure out but didn’t necessarily know where to begin. The process was quite complicated due to the competitive nature of the Roslindale and Milton housing markets. Will’s experience and expertise was paramount in guiding us through both transactions and he knew exactly what to say when we were stressing about the details. We successfully closed on the sale of our house on Halloween 2018 and purchased our new home in Milton the very next day. Although tedious, the process of both the sale and purchase all went according to plan thanks to Will’s help. I should mention one excellent advantage to working with Will is you gain access to his network of talented professionals to help you through each step in the process. He provided great recommendations for a lender, attorney and insurance agent, which we have continued to use. Will has helped us purchase two homes and sell one all three with overwhelming success. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Will again and highly recommend him to anyone in the Boston area who needs real-estate guidance and representation. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new home in Milton and we couldn’t have done it without the help of Will and his all-star team.”
