Tim the service tech.was efficient and went beyond.what was expected.
2 weeks before sched appt ,another part broke.Customer serv person had me on the phone while she tried to order part,said all set. My reason for calling her was to order part so all repairs would be in one visit.Makes sense.It appears the the order was not completed.
Tim was able to find part in Brockton and got repair done in one day.
