    Great area to live in and very convenient to shops, movies and public transportation. So I want to add to my review and publicly thank Frank from Avalon's maintenance department for his outstanding work in getting me a new water heater installed in four hours. That has to be some kind of record! Frank and the plumber did great work and left my apartment spotless even though it was pouring outside. This community is first rate and Frank and his team is one BIG reason why! Thanks!

    Our experience with the team at Avalon, specifically Liz, has been incredible. Helpful and professional every step of the way. The new building has fantastic amenities (specifically the gym), the quality of the materials used in the building and apartment are top notch, and finally the staff and management are amazing. We are very happy here.

    This is why I moved to Avalon. Next day service and as always done with no fuss or muss. Frank was great. I feel well cared for and safer thanks to Frank's extra attention to details.

    We rented at the Shipyard for a few months between homes. It was a great solution to our needs. The townhouse had direct entry and parking for 2 cars. We loved the close proximity to the ferry for commuting. And, it was fun to walk to dinner / shops / grocery store. The updated gym and extremely clean pool were also huge perks!

    The Avalon management is responsive and helpful -- especially Jacy! Highly recommend.

    I had an excellent experience with maintenance. Frank C. did a fantastic job. Very friendly, he easily completed the maintenance request I had submitted and did a perfect job. He was also very friendly towards my dog which I appreciated as well. I would definitely reccomend him to others, and I will be requesting his services for any future maintenance requests! Thank you!
