“My experience with Coastal was definitely by chance and as it turns out, by luck. I found myself in need of help as I was driving on the highway because my hood appeared as if it was going to pop open and smash into my windshield (I had been in a minor accident the evening before this and thought the car seemed fine to drive that day).
