  I went to W. Bridgewater Life Care facility after a traumatic back surgery.
  If I said I was in pain it would be an understatement.
  Five days after my 2nd operation I was sent to W. Bridgewater Rehabilitation.
  I was *not* happy to be there for the first 5 days, but they won me over.
  The nurses were great and anticipated my needs so I was rarely , if ever in pain.
  The physical therapy team was friendly, well educated and helped up so I could walk, then build muscle in the PT room and finally climb a flight of stairs-and I was only there 30 days.
  I still have a road of recovery in front me, but nothing has been left to chance.
  I have a visiting nurse and PT about 3 times a week.
  I think it's amazing that that I left Mass General flat on my back & walked out of Life Care a month later
  The food was good and they bought me ice cream every afternoon:--)
  I cannot say enough good things about this clean , friendly and hard working facility, they were all amazing.

  This facility took very good care of my FIL when he was there for rehab last year so when I was thinking of visiting patients at a nursing home this year for Christmas, I KNEW I had to visit LC. Went today and it was such a treat putting smiles on the residents’ faces by helping to hand out Christmas cards. I will be making this a yearly event. THANK YOU Phyllis and thank you Life Care.

  Clean. Great Nurses , the aides are slow to answer the call light. Food ok.

  I have been at Life Care of West Bridgewater after several hospitalizations and surgeries. I cant say enough about the caring, knowledgeable staff. There are doctors and nurse practitioners there every day also. The facility is so clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

  My Dear Uncle Phil was very ill when he left the hospital in May. He came to Life Care and within 4 weeks he was able to not only able to breath comfortably, but back to performing his own activities of daily living. He was showering, changing, and even get back to going to restaurants and attending family gatherings. He was so happy with the care he received at Life Care from the nursing department, and occupational therapists. He enjoyed the friendly personalities most. The room and bedding was cleaner than the hospital he came from. He even said the food was actually good! I would recommend this place highly!
