“Jim and his crew did two projects for me, and both worked out great. He installed a new hand control in my Toyota Sienna minivan, as well as totally rebuilding an older hand control for a friend of mine. Both hand controls work great. But more than that, Jim has an amazing range of ability in his machine shop -- all the way to full body work, even including cutting a vehicle in half and extending and modifying it. His crew is very experienced, and he is a guy who really cares about getting things right. I recommend him highly.”

The reason I didn’t give five stars is because the sale person that I dealt with was more concerned with creating a sense of urgency. Instead of listening to what my needs were. He is not helping the Business. However The owner/manager was very helpful. I explain that I was out of state and that my mom would coming to look at a car and I would be handling the payment. He explained exactly what to expect and even advise me to put a small deposit which was refundable if she didn’t want the car. They had a great price on top of it a great car. Definitely very competitive price wise. The next day they had my moms car ready with no really issues. My Mom said she would do Business with them again. Happy to support a local Business. Keep up the good work. Just coach your sales staff to listen.”

“I've been looking for a Ford hybrid escape - a little hard to find. Saw one at Av8tor's. Now, I like everyone else hate auto shopping! Especially a used car. With any used car lot dealers maybe it will be a pig in a poke, so to speak. Truly, to anyone buying any used car arrange to get the car evaulated. If you don't , you share the blame on non-visible problems. My experience with Chris ands Tom was excellent. I hadn't expected much having other used car lot encounters. Here's a list of my experiences . 1. No pressure sales tactics. Take the car out by yourself. Have it evaluated 2. The prices are under average retail. I shopped looking at hybrids and non-hybrid escapes. So I had a good sense of price. Their policy is no haggling - you pay the advertised price. 3. Should you decide to trade it in they will review how they come up with the value. Open communication. 4. Every step of the way either Tom or Chris (owner) called with updates on the process - By the way you get Chris's cell phone #. 5. What you can negotiate is some of the prep work and minor repairs before you buy. - don't forget these aren't new cars - I expected a lot anyway. 6. Chris had my new tires (on my trade in) swapped out for the tires on the escape I bought. - This was AFTER I'd already signed the contract. 7. Taking off the front left wheel his mechanic noticed someone had replaced the caliper, but twisted the brake line in doing so. Chris didn't hesitate to replace the 15$ line -even though not than necessary. They started to replace it only to discover that on the Hybrid the system has to be bled and only Ford has the tools to do so. Yes, expensive, and he probably could have covered it up, but they paid to repair it. 8. Check this out. They even cleaned my tires and shined the side walls. All I can say is Wow. Totally unexpected customer service experience - I used to train retail associates on good customer service, and this was outstanding.”
