“Everything from start to finish was excellent. Very laid back and low pressure, Kip was very pleasant to deal with on the phone. He was able to send me info on a few vehicles I was interested in and set up an appointment for me to check out the vehicle I chose. he told me I would be dealing with a gentleman named Frank when I arrived and to my surprise, I was. I've been to many dealerships where you get handed off to who is available at that moment regardless of what you were told. Frank had the car ready for my wife and I to check out when we pulled up, put a plate on it and let us test drive it. When we got back we discussed my trade and what I was looking for and we were able to come to a fair deal very quickly. There was no pressure from anyone on the team. No pressure to buy, No pressure to sign, and No pressure to accept their terms. Wanted a reliable car at a decent price. The car was in pristine condition inside and out. “Honest people, fair price and easy to deal with. It's the first time I feel happy with an used car dealership. Be patient with them since it's a small shop and sometimes you have to wait to get someone to help you. I bought a used Subaru 2006 with 144k miles. After I bought it I toke it to a mechanic that I know and the only thing my mechanic found was a small thing that they repaired when I took the car back. I did pay the part ($50) since it wasn't totally worn but they didn't charge me labor. The car passed inspection without the repair, so the dealer didn't had to do it anyway. It wasn't my first experience with used cars dealerships but until today, was the only one that I can say I'll be back for my next used car. Thank you to John and his dad for this experience.”
