Otherwise drop in to one of the chains and you *won't* get the sort of attention that this family owned business offers. I am totally blown away with Ely, the owner's son. What a great guy -- knowledgeable, good-humored, not even the faintest note of being pushy or trying to steer me in one direction or another. Where else do you find that sort help? I am so happy to have discovered the Piano Mill. And the delivery guys were every bit as personable, helpful, courteous, and attentive. They set everything up just beautifully. Piano Mill even hauled away my old clunky upright at no additional charge. I don't think that Amazon does either -- set up *or* removal.”

“Wow! I haven’t seen a train shop like this before! Pretty old school. There was an older gentleman there, I assume he was the owner. He was very nice and had tons of knowledge about trains. I told him I wasn’t familiar with trains as I was more into model cars. He showed me the model and diescast cars he had and gave me a mini lesson on trains. This place has everything you’ll ever need to make any scale train layout. He has so many supplies to make a detailed train layout and if he doesn’t have what you want he can order anything you need. It’s a rarity to see a place like this nowadays. It was really cool to see his store.”

“First of all, the furniture is like new furniture. You would never ever know that the desks, chairs, shelves, tables and stuff were recycled. Some of their things are refinished and some furniture is artistically touched up. The store is in this stone building and is awesome! There are 2 floors of furniture and decorative items, but it is not at all cluttered. The people who work here are so nice and they can even keep an eye out for specific things you are looking for. It is my new favorite place, not only to add some whimsy to my own surroundings, but for gifts.”
