(February 21, 2019, 11:23 pm)I've flown in and out 10+ times and never had a problem, which is better than I can say for many airports.
It just seems a little tight, and pretty limited inside for a city of Boston's size.
(February 18, 2019, 8:37 am)Large international airport. Slightly confusing to find long term parking and terminal from long term. Feel rushed at security check point but with such a large amount of people it's understandable. Flight agents and tsa are quite polite and respectful. State Police very visible.
(February 15, 2019, 3:22 pm)The lounge is spacious, clean and with a directory for use by the passengers. It is well labeled. Restrooms are well distributed and cleaned and stocked with the required utilities. The mirrors are well placed for use.
The lounge environment is controlled and is made ideal for summer and winter.
The boarding gates are sufficient for this large and busy airport. Security is well taken care of.
There may be a long walk down the lobby but Boston Logan International Airport was designed to leave the panoramic views for your viewing pleasure. The large clear windows enable you to do just that.
(January 31, 2019, 7:36 pm)Really enjoyed terminal C. This is the terminal that seems to house most of the jet blue departures. Well-thought-out, well laid out. There are electrical outlets under nearly every seat, well-thought-out areas with workstations and benches that also have access to power outlets, and ample eateries. Right when I got off the plane, I was in an area that hasn't been remodeled yet which wasn't as nice, but the area that houses gates C5 through 10 is super nice.
