“Always fresh and they give you your money's worth even if it is a little high. You will not believe this level of authenticity and quality is being made and served right here. Sometimes its a long wait but it's worth the WAIT.”

“The only crossfit I've been to so I'm not comparing to other ones. The coaches here are fantastic. They'll work with you even in the group work outs. Pointers when you need them at a pace that works for you. I started going here to lose weight for my wedding and we've almost been married a year now. Check it out!”

“Highly recommended if you want to learn how to work with glass, not just watch someone else make a piece for you (they do that too). We took a 2 hour private lesson. We worked on the basics (teardrops and marbles). These techniques are the backbone of glass work. We chose not to make any pieces of take home glass but rather learn the techniques. We did have the option to make take home pieces. Our instructor was awesome and made sure safety was the #1 priority.”

“Before the bench was taken out, it was a super nice place, to sit in a beautiful, shaded space to have my lunch. I work in the building right down the street & know the problems with the area's homeless ppl. But I don't mind by them& they don't mind me. LoL I wish they didn't take out the bench.”

“Dr. James G Wepsic is one of the most inspiring Neuro Surgeons that I've ever had the privilege to work with. When I worked as a Physical Therapist at NEBH I coordinated his patient's PT with his SN Dee and was amazed at how his skills could help the patients to manage their symptoms. He coordinate Wed AM meetings with Radiology, Physical Therapy, Orthopedist, Neurologist and himself as the Neurosurgeon to present case studies to help his patients to get the best results. I've been away but would love to hear how he is doing. Sincerely, Patty Healy-Osborne PT 603 930 8295”

“On the good side, they have the latest and most in demand large-bore mri scanner from Siemens. No claustrophobia at all! unfortunately, when I was there for my appointment I asked for a CD of images and they said that by policy they only send them to the doctor. My doctor told me that actually they're supposed to give everyone one free CD of the results as required. However when I called them later to complain they said "oh, we don't actually give you a CD of your results unless it's specifically requested by the doctor or unless the patient mentions it before the scan is done. Since you asked after the scan, you have to come in and wait at least 15 minutes during business hours." I asked if I could request it and come in later to get it but "no, you have to come in during business hours and wait". However, the techs were friendly and so was the receptionist, they scan was easy, all was well except for the fact that they wouldn't give me the copy of my images I was supposed to get. I finally had time to go back a couple of months later and get my images and though they said they had just changed their hours and we're now closed at 6:30 instead of 9 on a Monday they stayed open for ten minutes for me, and the manager got my CD for me even though their Tech had gone home for the day. Thanks to Melissa the tech side and Kristen the manager for being so helpful!”

“After developing a persistent runner's knee like injury, I went to David Watson for PT. He aptly diagnosed the cause (weak glut medius/quad on my left side) and provided me with a list of exercises for how I could remedy the process. He wasn't pushy about demanding lots of sessions, which I enjoyed. After ~6 weeks of sessions (2 a week), I felt I had improved and have been able to increase my milage without knee pain. He suggested I continue exercises on my own schedule and we ended our sessions together. Definitely would recommend for a PT.”

“We really love taking our kids here. The splash pad and wading pool are a lot of fun when they're open. The water is really only comfortable if it is 85 F or higher and sunny, so don't go on colder days. The pool can get crowded and dirty by the end of the day, so it is best to come early. The playground equipment is also nice. Best of all there is TONS of parking. Definitely worth a couple of visits during June and August when the weather is good.”
