  Loved everything about my stay. Amazing. I highly recommend staying here. I live locally and spent my little getaway here for a few days. Hope to be able to do this again soon.

  My recent visit and purchase at Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough was a real delight! These people not only have a great assortment of vehicles, but what surprised me the most about them is their AWESOME customer service. The gentleman who helped me (Paul), is a true professional. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and willing to meet my needs.
  These guys are just great! I strongly recommend them.

  Had my heart set on a lariat F-150. My experience from start to finish was incredible. The staff went above and beyond my expectations and Jason, one of the managers, went out of his way to make sure I was happy and getting exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership. They had good prices and made the buying process smooth and easy. I would buy here again and fully recommend.

  Love this place! Purchased at least 6-8 vehicles here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve gotten at least 2-3 people to purchase vehicles here just off referrals and nothing but great fees back. The manager Miguel is on a whole different level when it comes to customer service and leading his team to success. I worked with mike and he’s great. Straight to the point and the deal is made. Never once dreaded walking into this dealer. Traded in two vehicles and got fair trade ins. Thank you to EVERYONE at herb chambers for all your coordination to make everyone’s transactions seamless.

  I brought my 2007 Expedition in because my brakes needed replacing and my engine light was coming on. That then rolled into spark plugs and coils, the ECM and then the steering shaft. The service area was very professional, helpful, accommodating, patient and informative. They were very up front with my options and made sure I understood each thing that was happening and what the parts were exactly and their function. Which I really appreciated as I never had to handle this end of things in my 53 years on this earth. Once it became obvious that putting more time and money into this "family member" was just not a wise decision any more I was redirected by service to sales. Not only did sales not skip a beat in customer service they totally earned their paychecks with me. Everyone there jumped in and helped me figure out what I could afford and then bent over backwards to help me get our new member of the family - a 2015 Ford Explorer! She is stunning!! Every single person was amazing! I can't recall all of their names but here are a few... Dillon, Jenn, Frank, Miguel, Kevin, Bob & Marie... I'm sorry if I missed anyone - but I am SO very thankful for all everyone did to help me and my 3 daughters end up in a safe vehicle that fits all our needs.
