I found a shop near my place of work ( W & W - they will be getting a 5 STAR review as well). I dropped the car and they had already made the necessary arrangements with Enterprise. Enterprise was there within 5 minutes to pick me up ( the girl who picked me up was so polite and professional) I arrived at Enterprise and had a hiccup and without any hesitation she approaches her lead who looked into the issue. “My elderly mom now lives in Riverbend of South Natick, skilled nursing facility. We use ambulance and wheelchair van transportation fairly frequently. Our first ambulance (12/12/19) was delayed by fire/accident/emergency transport to ER, a delay of 90+ minutes. Out of their control, the scheduled EMT staff apologized many times over. Then they arranged for a second ambulance & EMT staff as we rescheduled/postponed the 11 am appointment to 1 pm.. Busy, running from another transport, the 2nd team of SONNY and SARAH showed up a few minutes after next ETA. By then, my mom & I had been waiting from 10:15 to 12:35. The team of Sonny & Sarah were professional, friendly, and so humorous! Just what we needed. I sat in the front with Sarah, driver, while Sonny attended my mom (96 yrs old) in the back. S&S made us laugh and brightened our day that had started with frustration. Thanks to this pair we finally arrived at medical appt and successfully returned to Riverbend one hour later.”

“When we got there they did not have the car I reserved. They offered a upgrade to a significant larger upgrade but only had two options. We were going on an extended trip covering a lot of miles so it cost much more for gas. Thankfully we ended up loving the vehicle. On our trip we noticed a tire issue and did not want to trade vehicles. I reached someone in the S.C. area and was connected with someone from the service center. Their customer service was awesome. He made arrangements for us to go there and they changed out tire , did an oil change and sent us on our way. What was lacking at the location we picked up from was made up for the outstanding service on the road.”
