“I was having my gas range installed by my plumber when we all realized the incorrect size outlet was behind the stove, one for a dual fuel range not a gas range. I panicked as I was already on the clock for the plumber and they said to call an electrician while they did some other work. I called around without any responses and finally saw Rich Gibbons' number and great reviews. He immediately responded to my phone call, listened patiently to what I needed and let me know he may be able to help. He asked for photos, gave me a few options, a reasonable estimate and then Jack the electrician, who was in the area, was at my house in 3 hours (exactly like he had said). He also had those little protective booties over his work boots which was a nice touch since I hate the idea of debris being dragged around the house. He was in and out in about 45 minutes and the plumbers were able to return at lunch time to connect the stove. I still can't believe what great service I received from Rich and Jack. I have had a hard time just getting estimates for some electrical work let alone having someone show up, same day! I am thoroughly impressed and will be calling them for future work. Thank you Rich and Jack!”

I hired Tingley to install heating and cooling mini-splits throughout the entire house and the project took a week. The installers, Daniel and Troy, were literally the best contractors I've *ever* interacted with in my home. And we have had a lot. Dan and Troy respected and treated my home as if they lived there, were always courteous and professional, cleaned up after themselves every day and did high quality work. *And* Daniel loved up on my cat (Humphrey) who, due to the fact that the house is under major renovation, has been in the basement for 5 weeks for safety. They got along so well, my cat was happy to see him every day. I'm telling you, I'd hire these folks a million times over. In fact, they are going to install my water heater next. They arrived on time both days, were extremely friendly, respectful, and thoughtful throughout their time here, and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. They kept me informed throughout the process and allowed me to contribute to installation decisions as they arose. They scheduled a large crew to speed up the installation and make sure it was done in two days as promised. I was very impressed with the number of skilled technicians that contributed, especially as compared to a previous company who did similar work many years ago and sent a single person to do the entire job.
