Papalia recently installed a mini split heating/cooling system in our home and we are very pleased with the entire experience. We got several quotes for the project prior to settling on Papalia and their estimate was in line with the others. Tony was very thorough in determining what was needed and in communicating the proposed layout of the system. Roger and the installation team were also great to work with. The entire team was very professional and courteous and they kept us up to date as they progressed through the installation. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We have been a customer for years. Technicians are always professional. Main office is very responsive to calls for service and repairs. We’re experiencing a series of AC issues this summer (4 visits so far…) and Papalia has been super helpful - typically getting to our house the same day that we call. Dan H took care of our most recent 2 repairs - he’s great! All of the techs are great! :) thank you!

How often can you HONESTLY say you enjoyed a visit from your plumber? Well, that was the case with my last visit from Papalia Home Services. The guys that did my assessment and repair (Nick and Mark) outstanding! They explained what they were doing and why, completed the repair work quickly, and together with me verified that the work properly addressed the issue. These gentlemen were professional and personable - we had good conversation and even a few laughs. I was blown away. You just don't see service like that anymore.

The Papalia team did an excellent job with the installation of new ductless air conditioners in my home. They arrived on time both days, were extremely friendly, respectful, and thoughtful throughout their time here, and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. They kept me informed throughout the process and allowed me to contribute to installation decisions as they arose. They scheduled a large crew to speed up the installation and make sure it was done in two days as promised. I was very impressed with the number of skilled technicians that contributed, especially as compared to a previous company who did similar work many years ago and sent a single person to do the entire job. I was also very impressed with the crew's knowledge about building codes and regulations that affected the installation. It was clear that they are well trained and experienced. I would not hesitate to work with Papalia again.

Had a wonderful experience with Papalia Home Services. Communication leading up to the appointment was amazing. Nick M arrived promptly, was kind, professional, tidy & quickly diagnosed an uncommon issue. He clearly explained all options & the fees associated with them & provided tips on going through our home owners warranty. We are new homeowners, & he was kind enough to give us tips on maintenance & safety. Highly recommend this company & Nick, & will absolutely call again for any future needs!!
