“Went into the store at Tulsa hills and we were having problems installing our new SIM CARDS that we received in the mail. Sheina and Krista were super friendly and said, no problem, we will take care of you. They both are extremely knowledgeable and explained to us why they were not working. Immediately they had all three of our phones installed with new SIM CARDS. My wife had an older phone and it would not work with the new SIM CARDS, so we bought a new Samsung S21. Krista loaded all info and transferred all her pics, documents, etc...Krista went the extra mile for us and made us feel like were family. I highly recommend going to this store because Sheina and Krista will make you feel like family and are so friendly. Their knowledge is amazing on every phone!!!! Katelyn took an extraordinary amount of time out of her day to help answer all of my problems and in doing so had a smile on her face the entire time. Her product knowledge was remarkable! I never once felt pressured into getting anything I wasn’t really Interested in. I left the store after purchasing my new phone with the highest satisfaction in Katelyns customer service! The owner's ambition is as large as any other MA based musician who has ever dreamt of the "ideal" practice space. Keep an eye on what SUM Studios will be offering! From what I learned today when being shown around this is a golden egg we should cherish and celebrate. I do not want to short change what they've got in store, so, I'm leaving that remark where it is; Hourly rates are affordable and relatively easy to book. You may even be given extra time depending on the day's schedule. My first visit was great and exactly what I expected (and then some!). I very much intend on returning.????”
