A VIP speaker made a last minute request for a Presidential Teleprompter for the biggest event of our Foundation's year- and there were none available in Maine or NH. That forced us to search for help in the Boston area. I got a recommendation to call ECS about a teleprompter rental and I am so glad I did. Eric returned my phone call within minutes AND shot me a text- which was helpful so that I could have some peace of mind quickly. He basically said- "I'm on it" and he meant it! Just days later, he made the trip to Portland, ME to set up and staff the teleprompter at our big donor and alumni event. Eric arrived on time, was fast and efficient, extremely helpful and most importantly- he didn't need me to caretake him (thank you!). He also did a great job making our speakers feel comfortable with the teleprompter. Long story short: Our event was amazing.
