“My wife and I just recently had John (ownership) and his men take care of two rooms in our house for us, our daughters' bedrooms, and we are very pleased with the results. Not only did John personally come to our home to view the job(s) and quote us on a weekend day, and with not a whole ton of advance notice (I wanted to do the job sooner than later and requested he come on a weekend day,) but he even came back to sign the contract at another time that many people might find inconvenient, a weeknight at around 6:00PM to 6:30PM, as this is the time that worked best for me. His pricing was very fair and honest, his level of customer service was outstanding from the time of the quote to the end of the job, and he even made our pets (cat and puppy) feel safe and comfortable by petting them gently and soothingly and talking to them in (successful) efforts to keep them calm and let them know he was not a threat. The gentlemen he has helping him/working for him are very skilled at what they do, and they give his company a very good "face," so to speak, when he is not around. The workmanship was wonderful, and both rooms came out better than we thought they would, even though that sounds a bit cliche. If I ever choose to have anymore carpet installed, I know who I will be calling. If you are looking for timely, honest and skillful work, call John and you will not be disappointed. -Joe”

Every part of the process was seamless. Communication was easy. We worked with Silvana to get a quote and to plan it out, Chris for coordinating templating, deposit and for scheduling installation. Dave was our installer and he did an awesome job. Our template person was great too and helped to work out all the details and answer all my questions. Everything was delivered as expected--even better because they got one large 'L' shaped piece in without a seam. Fabrication time took only 1.5 weeks--I had heard from my cabinet person most places were running about 3 weeks. No complaints, I'd recommend them to anyone and I'd use them again. I love my counter tops.”

We went back and forth many times on the design. Kathleen responded to every message and email almost immediately. She made many revisions and had a lot of patience with us! Everyone else there, including Ed, Bessie and Brian Curtis was fantastic! The guys who installed our cabinets were amazing and very meticulous about every detail. The time it took to build and install our cabinets was great! I didn’t even mention the QUALITY of the cabinets! Wow! They helped us locate the perfect slabs for the kitchen, made sure to explain every option we had for the layout of the kitchen so that it was exactly what I wanted and took the time to go through all the remnants until I found perfect ones for all the bathrooms.
