You carefully fix what you can and see if you can find a very patient person to help you on your journey back to fitness and a healthier life. I found Devin in March of this year (2016) and went to meet with him about how I could transition from Physical Therapy (Rotator Cuff injury) to a fitness program that was actually tailored to my recovery and rebuilding. I wanted someone who would take their time but most of all help me to find the love of fitness again. No easy task. It's been 8 months and I don't know what to say....I couldn't be happier! I started off slow and only committed to 3 months, then it turned into another 3 months. Now, I'm all in! I am happy and healthier, I am stronger and I am motivated!
