“I received a call from Mary at EOS. As soon as she explained she needed to verify who she was talking to, I got combative. She explained who she was and provided a website to clarify why she was calling and offered the street address she had on file. I verified that information only and said now what is this about? She was very nice.. very cooperative... and provided information for the agency attempting to collect a late filing fee related to taxes. She provided their direct contact phone, the account number and amount they were trying to recover. I called the State of Texas, spent 2 minutes on the phone and resolved the issue. I'd call that reasonable. Normally, I consider collection agencies to be parasites BUT give this one 5 Stars”

“Definitely not your fathers massage chair. I walked into the store curious but with no intent to buy, but after sitting down I started really considering this as an investment. These chairs are so comfortable and the massages are so complete they feel comparable, if not better than one from a real person. Sitting down in one you can tell they sell themselves; however the attendant/salesperson (I wish I had caught his name) was extremely knowledgeable of the product and very friendly. He was willing and able to answer all questions and he was very skillful in picking out demo chair settings that fit with the individual client despite only speaking to us very quickly. If you have the means, this would be a great investment in your personal health.”

“Doula Services with Erin Schifferli My husband and I asked Erin to be our Doula for the birth of our first baby. We were not planning on having a doula and did not understand the value going in. We never could have imagined how helpful Erin would be in every phase: pregnancy support, labor and delivery, and postpartum. She was there with us every step of the way, offering emotional support in ways we didn't know we needed. She was always available to talk and help out in any way she could, even outside of scheduled sessions. She has a wealth of information and resources to offer that were very helpful. Erin is very culturally aware and sensitive. I would definitely recommend her to any culturally diverse couples. She knew how to respect and support our beliefs and traditions, even though they were new to her. She is accepting, open, and has the gift of making everyone she meets feel valued and validated. She did a great job supporting not only me, but also my husband. Many times, we felt that speaking with her was like going to a theraputic counseling session. My labor was very long and took some unexpected turns, and Erin supported us through it all. She was with us for over 48 straight hours, never lift my side, and advocated for what we wanted without fail. She made us feel so valued and respected. It is obvious that Erin truly loves supporting mamas and their families. She goes above and beyond what is described in her description of services. My husband and I learned that having a doula is SO valuable, and Erin is the very best there is.”
