“Most of the time I'm in here shelves are well stocked, and organized. Although the parking lot is small there always seems to be some place to park. I don't get my prescriptions here, so I can't comment on that. I can tell you that I have gotten photos here and they have always been ready and correct. The only reason I won't give them five stars is the interaction with the help. A good interaction with the help is hit or miss. If you need someone to help you find something, its usually someone that makes you feel like you're bothering them. I usually get a fast answer and a point n the general direction. Then if you cant find it, if you go back to that person, its watch out; you're really holding them up now. They should take a Cue from their Marlborough CVS, where they actually will walk you to the product and make sure you have it. That's a double win for CVS, because the customer is happy, and the sale is secured. I at times get the same impression at the cash registers. Again its not all of them but may be as much as half the time.”
