“I shop at this location often (Walnut St Saugus), and honestly I have to say the staff are very friendly and helpful. The photo center has helped me many times and made many suggestions I didn’t even know about in regards to gift giving. More importantly is the pharmacy. I’ve been to many pharmacies, many to say the least need serious help in customer service. From my experience, going to so many, and being in the service industry, I feel I can recognize beyond good service. At this location, it seems, I usually stand in line for just a few minutes and most of the time I am “lucky “ to get the same young lady. She is phenomenal. So much so, I complimented her and asked for her name. Her name is Diane. She is so friendly, yet professional. She goes out of her way to please every customer. As I stand in line I watch and say to myself, this girl is such an asset. She has so much patience, even when a customer is being negative, she still tries to please them with her big smile. She works well with the pharmacist’s as well . They make a great team which adds to a pleasant experience to the customer. If anyone is having issues with pharmacies, try this location, you will not be disappointed.”
