“What a wonderful stay we had with Bob and Lisa at their beautiful home nestled in Marblehead. Lovely gardens, quiet and clean rooms, and such gracious hospitality!. We deeply appreciate their thoughtfulness, the attention to detail in all aspects of hosting new friends, and their abundant knowledge of everything one could want to know about a stay in their historic town. My family heartfully this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting the area.”

“The hotel is well located. It is so close to the Mass Pike and Natick Mall. It is very clean and it is being updated. The renovations never bothered me. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and greeted me with lots of attention before even knowing my Hilton Status. I will stay there again. Great value!”

“Though I have not personally stayed at this location, to date, I've had several persons connected to me that have, and their satisfaction is optimal. {My personal interactions with the on site staff has been superb. So, I guess it is safe to say when I have the in-house guest experience, I should continue to be highly satisfied. The rooms are wonderful (seen some); the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing and even, contact with the cleaning crew in the hallway, at varied moments there, has been exceptional}. Hooray Courtyard.”

“What a nice hotel! We stayed there in early April (off season) and got an ocean facing room for a very good price. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was terrific (good water pressure in the shower, big fluffy bath towels), and the room seemed like new. The staff was friendly. The man and woman working reception desk Sunday morning were hilarious! We will be back.”

“My husband and I stayed at Harborside House July 3rd and 4th and had a wonderful time. One of our very best 4th of July celebrations. Susan, the owner, was gracious, the breakfasts were great and the location was wonderful for proximity to everything in Marblehead. We often stay at B&Bs and I highly recommend this one.”

“We had a company conference for 40 of us. We reserved rooms for overnight at the Inn, and used the Conference Center, as well as Conservatory and Library for meals. The food service was very good, and they provided a wide variety of snacks and beverages throughout the day. The conference room was perfect for our needs and well equipped. The Inn was definitely three-star. The rooms were comfortable but standard. Queen beds in most. They have a small cafe off the lobby with a very small menu and limited bar. While ok in a pinch, I would recommend going to a local restaurant versus eating at the Fountain Inn Cafe.”

“Coleen was amazing! She helped us plan our trip to Paris and Rome for the holidays. We did this for our honeymoon and it was the trip of a lifetime! She was so easy to work with and completely worth her fee. We didn't worry about one thing, and had everything planned ahead. Paris and Rome are extremely busy during the holidays and having all of our tours purchased was amazing. I can't wait to use her again for an anniversary trip.!”

“This place is a mobile home Park I know some people that live here is a great little area they do have one-way streets they also have a playground for children you can buy these mobile homes and own them and just pay taxes there actually relatively cheap I would say this about over 30 mobile homes there but there's also a land with each mobile home home it is a nice area in Rockland there is a lot of things around the area but you do need a car to get there I've noticed in this mobile home park that your neighbors are more like your friends they all help each other out I even stuck in the snow there and I have had people shovel me out an up hills that I don't even know so it's like a little small knit community everyone is really friendly and it is very clean they actually have animals that are allowed there and they have trash barrels and designated areas along with doggie poopy Barrels in designated areas it's a really nice place the grass is maintained the neighbors help each other it's like they're all one big happy family the playground is a good decent size and it's since then so the kids can't get hurt or get lost they have picnic tables mailboxes etc.”

“Absolutely wonderful hotel. They had their Halloween decorations up EARLY, and they were amazing. They did a fire pit with s'mores outside, and had free coffee. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Loved the pool. Our room was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and the full kitchen in our room was fantastic! It definitely came in handy. They had a good selection of food in the cooler by the check-in desk, even if it was a tad overpriced. The staff was incredibly friendly. I would very happily stay here again if I was ever in the area overnight.”

“Great place to relax or take a hike. It's a shame people don't take their dog poop bags out with them. I've noticed this at several parks in Massachusetts, people take the time to bag it then either toss the brightly colored bags on the trail or into the brush and trees. It's unsightly. The spring water is a cool highlight.”
