“Haven't been here in a long time but it's consistently good. My bartender Coop is still there after 6 years and it's always nice to see a familiar face, more so because he can make a good cocktail. A lot of people don't know this but there's a lot of off menu drinks you can order that might be specific to Fridays, not sure how I found out but there's one that I always get but won't reveal the name. Oddly enough I went like at 8:20 pm and there was nobody at the bar for some reason. I thought this was strange it's usually busy on the weekends. Either way I had a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and it was satisfying and not overpriced. I also used the restroom and it was clean so that's always a good thing. Just a typical place that I've been coming to for a long time and I always know they're not going to disappoint me.”

“I'm rating this Fridays based on my one visit. First off our server who was quite young and admitted she was new when I asked about something Fridays may have offered. Despite being new she was an exceptional server. She was informative, delightful and very sweet to my son who was being miserable as we entered the restaurant. I believe she greatly helped turn his poor attitude around and made our lunch a great experience. Thank you Allison! The food was good. The bloody Mary I ordered was well above par, spicy like I asked for, the rim was coated with spices and garnished just as I asked. The only criticism was service could have been quicker. The app came out quickly but the meal was a bit delayed, though not too badly. I do understand it is a Sunday at lunchtime and end of summer not football season so not typically a busy time. Overall my family was happy with our experience. I wish we lived nearby. We'd come again and request to have Allison as our server.”

“I'm from out of town, and this was recommend by a local. I was not disappointed. It is takeout only, but there are a few benches nearby you can sit and munch at, which is what I did. They have brick oven pizzas, burgers, and some sammies. I ordered the fig and prosciutto personal sized pizza, with spinach and ricotta, and a slightly sweet glaze. It was fantastic. And the staff was super helpful and friendly. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come back.”

“I was on the road today and needed to pick something up for lunch. A coworker suggested Benchwarmer. I called in my usual ham & cheese with mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and hot peppers, toasted. Very quick, my order was ready when I arrived. I love shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes....however, they forgot the hots. Not a big deal, just a preference, my sandwich was great. “Easy parking, good ambience, decent food and excellent service. We were a large party (9) and were a few minutes late for our reservation. We also had to get in and out quickly for a tour of Hammond Castle Museum. Our server was very accommodating- took our order quickly and put it right in. They had our food on the table in short order so that we could make it out on time. The food is decent- nothing to write home about but good enough to satisfy everyone. The outdoor tables are the place to be!”

“Five Guys makes a great cheeseburger, and they make it to order. They look, feel, and taste like the diner-style burgers of my youth. You'll love it. Their fries are to die for, too. That being said. . . . READ THE MENU! Their cheeseburger has two patties and is quite expensive. If you want a single patty burger, look further down the menu for their "little" cheeseburger. Enjoy!”
