“Rich and his guys were awesome. Scheduled for 8, arrived 20 mins early, did a thorough walk through marking all areas, and proceeded to finish before noon. His team was completely prepared, with an entire inventory of boxes and tape, and bags for trash. The team was very careful and did a tremendous job considering the tightening time line. Unloading was arguably simpler, with them having proper rolling tools and pallets to quickly drop everything off. No one likes moving, but these guys made is a pleasure”

“Used Humboldt for a cross country move and they were awesome. Definitely not the cheapest, but there were no hidden fees, they didn’t charge extra for tape and extra boxes needed to pack mirrors or art and they were on time both at origin and destination. My move coordinator, Bethany, kept me in the loop at all times and was always quick to respond when I had questions. All of my belongings made it safely to my destination unscathed. Trusting all of your worldly possessions with someone is so stressful - I had a great experience with Humboldt and would 100% use them again should the need arise.”

When trying to move a heavy piece of furniture that wouldn't fit down the stairs. Not once did I feel any frustration or annoyance. Not only did we hire them once but twice to help us move into our permanent home. “Where do I begin? Level Moving is so fabulous-they created a completely stress-free and super efficient atmosphere during what could have been a stressful time. Nick, the team leader, was organized, kind, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He took it upon himself to walk around the house and ask questions that I truly had not thought of. While he was moving items and helping to pack last minute breakables, he went the extra mile to ask if I wanted him and his team to pack up particular items. He then triple checked as to where they were going ( storage unit or home). During the move the fire department opened a hose a few hundred feet in frown of the house ( with no warning). Nick pointed out that a few boxes got wet and immediately, on his own, repacked them in the Lexel boxes to ensure that no dampness would be on anything that was being moved. Also, you can truly tell someone's character by the way they treat the people working under them. His requests to the staff were always kind and met with appreciation. I will definitely be using Lexel again!”
