The JB Hunt’s delivery guy took a look and told me that the 25cu refrigerator is too heavy to bring up to the 2nd floor. This reason is unacceptable. Now I have to wait for another 2 weeks for the delivery and hopefully JB Hunt can resolve this problem. J. B. Hunt responses to me quickly and have my refrigerator delivered within a week.
