As for price, Mike is in the middle of all quotes but I think his price is very reasonable. Mike has very good knowledge about the house and he gave me some good advice about how to maintain the paint in a good shape including removing the bushes around the house and cut off the tree branches etc. I also installed some French drain system around the house to keep the humidity under control. We did the job in 2017 and the paint is still in good shape.”
