Just to be sure they know what they are doing (spoiler- they do), it’s always a different part but they do a great job getting me back to soccer and OCR’s. The entire staff is awesome. “The lady at the breakfast area was absolutely wonderful!! My kids loved her and she remembered each time what they liked and it was great to know she actually payed attention when she didn't have to. The front desk worker Tiffany was also wonderful and made check in a wonderful experience , these two ladies have such wonderful customer service. Only downside was after being gone for 2 days we came to find out bathroom trashcan had been knocked down and a end piece of a cigar on our bathroom floor which likely was from the previous person and the room was not cleaned too well. Overall this is a great hotel with great customer service.”
