“We had finally decided that we did not want to get the clapboards replaced and repaint the house so vinyl siding was the logical choice. One thing we did not want was to have the typical vinyl sided house with white trim. EVERY vinyl sided house has white trim. BORING!! We wanted to keep the same basic color scheme so I began the chore of finding the proper contractor to do the job. I called several companies. Often you can tell by the presentation of the first meeting if they are going to do good work. This was the case with Quinn's Construction. The first contractor was like a used car salesman and was clearly over its head. While being the lowest quote, it was clear the work would be subpar. The second contractor was much better but lost out since they could not find the proper materials to do the job to my satisfaction. Quinn's Construction took ample time to listen to my wants and provided several options to accomplish the goal. They were the highest price but it was clear that you get what you pay for. The crew was professional and prompt. The work was done over the end of winter. We provided our garage to the work force to make life best for all. Some minor issues had to be dealt with but we came to a fair agreement and the work was done as desired. The attention to detail was great. From the trim around the roof line to the address number box and the doorbells, this was done properly. The bay window required some additional work but it was done well. “I took estimates from several companies to replace my flat rubber roof. I am absolutely happy that I went with Lennie and Prestige Roofing. He was in constant communications and answered any questions. His foreman came out to look things over and then, to my surprise, the foreman was actually on site doing the work with the others. Lennie was there as well several times. Too often the foreman or owners don't show up for the work but just have their guys on site. That's fine but it's great to know the ones who were there at the start, were there for the whole job. The quality was excellent and they cleaned up after every day meticulously. They did the job right and I have every confidence that my roofs (I actually had a 2nd roof on a storage building done as well) are good for a very long time. For peace of mind and knowing you are getting what you pay for, I cannot recommend them enough.”
