He was also very professional, worked with me to make sure it was aesthetically placed right.....over the older control pad location, and, installed it the right way. And, he knew how to explain the system to you, in simplistic terms, so....it was not complicated nor complex. Simply stated, there's an old saying, ..."If you want the best, you go with the best".
